Role OverviewAs an Entitlement Eligibility Specialist, you will manage and operate systems to track benefit applications and appeals processes, providing consumers with options and explaining possible consequences. You will act as a liaison between consumers and governmental agencies, educating them to advocate for themselves.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include screening consumers for eligibility, assisting with applications, preparing reports, and maintaining accurate information in the department database system.

Requirements

- Valid New York State driver’s license and possession of a vehicle
