  • Prepare entitlement analyses and recommendations
  • Coordinate submission packages and supporting documentation
  • Partner with municipalities and regulatory agencies
  • Track entitlement schedules and approvals
  • Develop and maintain entitlement schedules

  • Support due diligence efforts
  • Compose reports and feasibility summaries
