Job Description
CommuteAir is seeking an Entry-Level Crew Scheduler to keep current and accurate records of crew duty and rest activity. The role requires excellent interpersonal and problem-solving skills, multitasking, and the ability to work in a high-stress environment. The Crew Scheduler will ensure all schedule change notifications are accomplished and record all crew exceptions in the Crew Management System.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Multitask calmly and efficiently in a high-stress and fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate level computer knowledge and typing skills, ability to learn company operations software
  • High school diploma or equivalent. Some college coursework is a plus
  • Minimum age is 21 years
  • Knowledge of airline and aviation terminology and/or aviation experience preferred
  • Organized with the ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities regularly
  • Ability to read, speak, and understand the English language
  • Legally authorized to work in the USA
