Job Description
CommuteAir is seeking an Entry Level - Purchasing Agent to oversee purchasing functions, negotiate vendor agreements, and ensure compliance with FAA regulations. The ideal candidate has experience with vendor contracts, strategic sourcing, and materials management. The role is responsible for ensuring the availability of materials needed to support the aircraft fleet, monitoring aircraft parts requirements, and developing procedures to support Maintenance and Finance departments.

Requirements

  • Experience working with vendor contracts
  • Thorough working knowledge of Strategic Sourcing and Materials related systems
  • No history of violations or issues with the FAA, vendors, or related authorities
  • Excellent interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Outstanding contract negotiation skills
