We are seeking a motivated and highly organized Entry-Level Appointment Scheduler Specialist to join our dynamic team in Lebanon, Pennsylvania. This role offers the flexibility of either day or night shifts.
What You Will Do
Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound calls and emails to schedule appointments and site visits. Coordinate complex calendars for multiple teams and individuals, communicate effectively with clients and internal staff, and maintain accurate records of all scheduling activities in the company database and CRM system.
