Role OverviewWe offer a regional program for new drivers with a truck assigned from day one, freight that moves, and a training path that doesn't leave you guessing. Our equipment is 2022 or newer Kenworth or Freightliner, automatic, APU equipped. Freight is no-touch dry van, roughly 70% drop and hook, with 2,200 to 2,800 miles most weeks. The work schedule is 12 days out, 2 days home.
What You Will Do
As an entry-level CDL A driver, you will be responsible for hauling freight in a no-touch dry van, with a focus on east of I-35 routes. You will have a truck assigned to you from day one, and you will be paid an average of $1,300 to $1,550 weekly, with top performers clearing $1,800+.
