Job Description
The Melanson Company, a Tecta America Company, is a family-owned business that has been in operation since 1932, and we are looking for an entry level roofer in Bennington, VT, to install, maintain, and repair commercial roofing systems.

Requirements

  • Commercial roofing experience
  • Ability to lift 25+ lbs. regularly, 50+ lbs. occasionally
  • Ability to work in an outdoor setting, with varying weather conditions
  • Ability to follow instructions, perform work in accordance with job specifications and safety guidelines, and maintain a strong level of professionalism
  • Reliable transportation to and from jobsites/warehouse
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
