Job Description
We are seeking an Entry-Level Installer to join our team. As an Installer Helper, you will partner with experienced installers to bring custom organizational systems to life in our customers' homes. This is a hands-on, physical role that requires focus, precision, and a desire to learn. We provide classroom and on-the-job training to prepare you for growth into a full Installer position.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Ability to read design drawings and match parts to assemblies
  • Comfort working with hand tools and different hardware types
  • Strong attention to detail—able to measure and cut to the millimeter
  • Able to lift and carry product through various weather conditions
  • Organized and methodical in approach to tasks
  • Problem-solver with a positive, proactive attitude
  • Available to work at least two weekends per month
