Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Entry-Level IT Configuration Technician to support the setup, configuration, and deployment of IT hardware and systems.

Requirements

Configure, image, and deploy desktops, laptops, and mobile devices according to company standards
Install and update operating systems, software applications, and security patches
Perform basic hardware setup including peripherals (monitors, printers, docking stations, etc.)
Assist with asset tagging, inventory tracking, and documentation of IT equipment
Troubleshoot basic hardware and software issues and escalate when necessary
Ensure all configurations meet security and compliance requirements
