Job Description
We are seeking an Entry Level Sushi Cook to join our team at Hyatt Regency Huntington Beach Resort & Spa. The role requires good communication skills, basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge, and the ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills.

Requirements

  • Good communication skills
  • Basic sushi preparation and recipe knowledge
  • Culinary degree or related hotel experience is preferred
  • Ability to perform all basic and intermediate cooking skills
  • Ability to work multiple stations in the kitchen
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time
  • California Food Handlers Certification Required
