Environment, Health, and Safety (EHS) Intern

Requirements

• Assist in tracking and updating of milestones achieved across sustainability projects.
• Update and analyze safety and environmental key performance indicators.
• Participate in site inspections and walkthroughs, evaluating the use of personal protective equipment, and job hazards.
• Deliver Contractor Safety Program packages and track responses.
• Assist affected employees with the completion of DOT packets and track progress.
• Update various tracking sheets, including employee professional licenses, training reports, and safety incentive program metrics, and DPU inspections.
• Update chemical and confined space inventories.
• Assist with the evaluation and documentation of permit-required confined spaces.
• Digitize asbestos records and update tracking sheets.
• Assist with the identification of signage needs across the Boston and Cambridge sites.
