Job Description
Role Overview

The EHS Manager is responsible for coordinating and managing the activities of all Koroseal facilities to meet and exceed federal, state, and local health, safety, and environmental regulations. This hands-on role will also support projects and tasks related to sustainability efforts.

What You Will Do

Inspect and evaluate the environment, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with government safety regulations and industry standards. Identify potential safety hazards and recommend/implement corrective actions. Educate employees on health and safety best practices through training programs.

Why It Might Be a Fit

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or 5 years of industrial health, safety, and environmental management experience. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, and advanced computer skills for report writing and metrics tracking are required.
