Role OverviewThis role is responsible for maintaining the overall look and feel of a Michaels retail store, focusing on cleanliness and recovery standards to deliver brand promises. The position involves cleaning assigned areas, collecting trash, and ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
What You Will Do
Dust and damp mop floors, clean bathrooms, breakrooms, and entryways, and deep clean high-traffic areas. You will also move equipment and products for cleaning, prepare cleaning solutions, and notify supervisors of supply needs. Additional duties may include providing checkout service, engaging customers on rewards programs, and assisting with omni-channel processes.
