Role OverviewHDR's Environmental, Operations and Construction (EOC) group delivers engineering, environmental, and construction management services for Federal clients. This role oversees over 75 global professional staff and partners with senior Business Group and Operations leadership to drive the Environmental Conservation and Compliance and Environmental Restoration businesses.
What You Will Do
Develop and implement strategies to expand environmental compliance, permitting, planning, remediation, and geophysics services across Federal and DoD sectors. Oversee operational governance, project delivery, staff development, client engagement, and business development efforts. Manage multidisciplinary teams and ensure adherence to scope, schedule, budget, safety, quality, and regulatory requirements.
