Role OverviewWe are looking for an Environmental Compliance Specialist who is ready to build meaningful experience in a complex industrial environment. This role involves supporting compliance with federal, state, and local environmental and safety requirements, conducting site inspections, and maintaining environmental records.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include supporting compliance with environmental and safety requirements, conducting site inspections, maintaining environmental records, and assisting with environmental permitting and regulatory reporting.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, or a related field
- 0–3 years of experience in environmental compliance, permitting, regulatory reporting, environmental consulting, EHS, or a related area
- Familiarity with environmental regulatory frameworks such as EPA, RCRA, CERCLA, the Clean Air Act, and the Clean Water Act
- Strong communication skills and the confidence to work with employees and leaders across different functions
