Job Description
The Environmental Engineer is responsible for ensuring regulatory compliance at our secondary lead recycling facility in Tampa. Responsibilities involve engaging a wide range of stakeholders, including operations teams and regulators, and acting independently with moderate direct supervision.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering such as Environmental Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a closely related engineering discipline from an accredited College or University
  • At least 1 year of previous work experience in a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to champion change, promote a positive team atmosphere, and sustain a continuous improvement culture
  • Highly self-motivated and directed, ability to work well under pressure, sense of urgency, and attention to detail
