Job Description
Environmental Health & Safety Manager to lead and strengthen Haselden’s safety culture across active projects and teams, supporting project teams through proactive field engagement, hazard recognition, coaching, planning participation, inspections, incident investigations, and implementation of practical risk-reduction strategies.

Requirements

  • 5–10 years of Environmental, Health & Safety experience in commercial construction, heavy civil, industrial, or comparable field operations environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of OSHA construction standards, environmental compliance requirements, and applicable state and local regulations.
  • Experience conducting inspections, audits, observations, and incident investigations within active construction environments.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish communication skills preferred.
  • OSHA certifications and professional credentials such as CHST, ASP, SMP, CSP, or OSHA 500 preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and construction management platforms such as Procore preferred.
