Role OverviewLead the O&M teams in a top-tier safety culture and manage EH&S safety practices. Implement, administer, develop, and improve EH&S programs. Ensure operations follow local, state, and federal environmental and safety regulations.
What You Will Do
Manage city, county, state, and federal compliance requirements. Conduct plant audits, analyze data, and identify plant performance trends. Develop and administer safety training presentations, and conduct new employee onboarding.

3+ years of experience leading, mentoring, and coaching the EH&S function in a manufacturing setting. Experience creating and delivering training programs. Bachelor’s in occupational health and safety and/or a CSP designation desired.
