• Lead and manage all site EHS programs
• Serve as the primary site contact for regulatory agencies
• Ensure compliance with key California programs
• Oversee environmental compliance programs
• Manage workers' compensation claims and return-to-work programs
• Partner with operations to drive ergonomic improvements
• Lead site emergency preparedness programs
• Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics
• Deliver required training
• Maintain all required permits, certifications, and regulatory reporting
• Manage EHS budgets, vendors, consultants, and contractors
