Role OverviewAssist the Environmental, Health, and Safety Manager in planning, establishing, implementing, and maintaining Environmental, Health, and Safety programs to ensure the highest possible degree of safety for employees. Works closely with plant personnel, including supervisors and employees.
What You Will Do
Maintain OSHA and EPA compliance, plan and organize training, conduct training, maintain training documentation and certifications, assist with EHS program implementation, conduct accident investigations, and provide advice and counseling to employees, visitors, and contractors.

Requirements
- Associate-degree or equivalent
- A minimum of one year of EHS experience, preferred

- Strong organizational, planning, project management, problem resolution, communication, presentation, facilitation, and motivational skills
- Superior organizational skills, attention to detail, and communication (written and verbal) skills
