Role OverviewResponsible for project work and assisting the implementation of EH&S policies and programs that support business practices within the facility.
What You Will Do
Provide overall safety direction and assistance throughout the plant to ensure the safety and health of Hendrickson associates, and develop and maintain safety dashboards to track safety participation.

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Safety, Industrial Hygiene, or Industrial Engineering
- 3+ years' experience with an emphasis on environmental matters related to manufacturing
- Demonstrated experience in upgrading EH&S programs and process improvement
- Self-starter with good time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision to meet required deadlines
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Experience leading and participating on cross functional team collaborations
- Ability to lead and deliver training in group settings from 5-50 people at a time
- Strong organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to travel to company locations on an as-needed basis
- Strong computer skills: Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
