Role OverviewJoin our Environmental, Health & Safety team as an Environmental, Health & Safety Specialist (EH&SS) to provide technical expertise, training, and hands-on support across our manufacturing facilities to strengthen our safety culture, reduce risk, and enhance environmental and sustainability performance.
What You Will Do
Maintain the EH&SS Management System, ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, conduct incident investigations, and participate in site audits & inspections.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- ASP, CSP, CHMM, or similar certification (or willingness to pursue)
- Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA/IEPA standards, and general industry best practices
- Experience with risk assessments, incident investigations, and safety training delivery
- Minimum 5+ years of environmental, health and safety management experience
- Experience in industrial manufacturing (machining or metal working preferred)
- Extensive knowledge of federal, state, and local laws and regulations pertaining to safety, health, and environmental programs
