Job Description
Alliance Technical Group is hiring an experienced Environmental Lab Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple laboratory departments, ensuring operational efficiency, quality compliance, and team performance.

Requirements

  • Manage and coordinate activities across multiple laboratory departments
  • Supervise Department Managers and team leads
  • Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client requirements
  • Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to align operational goals with strategic objectives
  • Support resource planning, including staffing, equipment, and supply needs across departments
  • Resolve escalated operational issues and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving efforts
  • Oversee scheduling and capacity planning to meet client deadlines and optimize lab performance
  • Participate in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to operational activities
  • Lead or support special projects, including new service implementation, workflow redesign, and technology upgrades
