Job Description
Alliance Technical Group is hiring an experienced Environmental Lab Operations Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of multiple laboratory departments, ensuring operational efficiency, quality compliance, and team performance.
Requirements
Manage and coordinate activities across multiple laboratory departments
Supervise Department Managers and team leads
Monitor operational metrics and implement process improvements
Ensure compliance with regulatory standards, internal policies, and client requirements
Collaborate with the Laboratory Director to align operational goals with strategic objectives
Support resource planning, including staffing, equipment, and supply needs across departments
Resolve escalated operational issues and coordinate cross-functional problem-solving efforts
Oversee scheduling and capacity planning to meet client deadlines and optimize lab performance
Participate in budget planning and monitor expenditures related to operational activities
Lead or support special projects, including new service implementation, workflow redesign, and technology upgrades
