Job Description
NABRICO Marine Products is searching for an Environmental Manager to ensure compliance with regulations, manage environmental data, and implement environmental programs across multiple sites. The role involves analyzing data, preparing reports, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to maintain a safe and environmentally responsible working environment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Environmental Science, Engineering, Science, EH&S or related field
  • 7+ years of environmental compliance experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with a wide variety of audiences
  • Self-motivated, possess strong analytical skills, exhibit sound decision-making, and have proficient organization skills
  • Solid attention to detail and excellent project management skills
  • Strong knowledge of federal and state regulatory laws and analysis
  • Experience implementing key management systems/controls such as Permits, Plans, License & Registration, and Compliance Calendars
  • Experience in environmental permitting activities- (Air – Major Source, Wastewater, Storm Water, & Wetlands)
  • Ability to multi-task, quickly adapt to change, and work with minimal direction
  • Proven ability to direct EHS personnel towards effective improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to efficiently balance multiple priorities
