Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related technical field
- 4+ years of environmental compliance experience in steel manufacturing, metals, mining, power generation, chemicals, or other heavy industrial environments
- Strong knowledge of federal and state environmental regulations, permitting, and reporting requirements
- Proven experience working with regulatory agencies, audits, compliance programs, and environmental management systems
- Strong leadership, communication, and continuous improvement skills
