Role OverviewAs an Environmental Monitoring and Mitigation Technician, you'll play a critical part in helping major industrial facilities stay safe, compliant, and operational. You'll identify leaks, work directly with plant teams, and have a real impact every day.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include monitoring valves, pumps, and components, identifying and tagging leaks, maintaining precise documentation, and communicating findings clearly and professionally.

Requirements
- 6+ months of LDAR or similar industrial/environmental experience
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work safely in physically demanding environments
- Good communication skills—comfortable working with plant teams
- Basic computer skills (Excel, handheld devices, data entry)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
