Role OverviewResponsible for leading the direction, completion, and outcome of all assigned building assessment projects and related services in accordance with ASTM standards and/or client specific scopes of work. This requires using knowledge of buildings, construction, and technical standards.
What You Will Do
Conducts client facing on-site assessments, prepares written reports, and reviews available previous assessment reports, historical and regulatory records for the property and for the surrounding area.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university in related field
- minimum of three years of related experience
- Valid driver's license with no significant MVA points/violations (clean driving record)
- Current AHERA, Asbestos Inspector Certification, or OSHA-40-hour certification preferred
