Job Description
We are seeking a Environmental Project Manager to join our Operations and Maintenance team. In this role, you will be responsible for day-to-day support of Jupiter Power’s environmental program for the entire operating fleet, including offices.

Requirements

  • Develops and implements comprehensive environmental and sustainability programs in accordance with legal requirements
  • Conducts Environmental Assessments, site audits, inspections to identify potential risks and implement corrective measures
  • Maintains and continuously improves comprehensive emergency preparedness and response plans
  • Establishes and maintains effective relationships with local first responders and regulatory agencies
  • Investigates incidents and near-misses to determine root causes and recommend improvements
  • Ensures that the organization complies with local, state, and federal regulations
  • Maintains accurate records of environmental procedures, training sessions, compliance audits, correspondence and prepares reports for management
  • Promotes Safety Culture by fostering a workplace culture that prioritizes safety
