Role OverviewAs an Environmental Project Manager, you will work as a Deputy Manager to the Environmental Sciences & Planning Lead for NY/NJ, assisting with leading and overseeing project delivery, leading communication with clients, and assisting with proposals and business development. You will contribute as a member of our environmental sciences and planning section and Transportation Business Group, providing technical expertise at project level and assisting with growing HDR's environmental program through advancing growth initiatives.

Your responsibilities will include attending conferences and marketing events, actively participating in business development, taking responsibility for project management and staff management, and engaging in discussions of staff career growth, including professional training and certifications.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in related field or an equivalent combination of education and related professional experience
- 7 years related experience
- A minimum of 2 years project management experience
- Must have the ability to interact with various design teams, have excellent organizational, project management and communication (both written and verbal) skills
