Job Description
AECOM is seeking an entry-level Environmental Scientist to support our Remediation team within our Environment business line. The position will primarily support analytical needs for an onsite industrial wastewater treatment facility. The ideal candidate will be a role model of professionalism, client-focused, impactful and decisive, and have a strong safety culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or related field
  • Valid U.S. Driver’s License
  • US citizenship
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with performing organic analysis
  • Analytical testing
  • Environmental sampling techniques
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong chemistry knowledge
  • Understanding of environmental regulations
  • Detail oriented
