Role OverviewThe EVS Assistant Supervisor will assist with overseeing the daily operations of the Environmental Services Department and help ensure our facility remains clean, sanitary, safe, and welcoming for our residents, employees, and visitors.
What You Will Do
Assist with supervising and directing EVS/housekeeping staff, assign and monitor daily cleaning duties, inspect resident rooms and common areas for cleanliness, and assist with staff training and orientation.

Requirements
- Previous Environmental Services or housekeeping experience required
- Supervisory or lead experience preferred
- Healthcare, skilled nursing, long-term care, hospital, or assisted living experience preferred
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Dependable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Must be willing to be hands-on and assist staff as needed
- Knowledge of cleaning, sanitation, and infection-control practices preferred
