Environmental Services Director

The Environmental Services Director provides supervisory responsibility for housekeeping activities and assists the director in department management. The role involves maintaining established departmental procedures, objectives, quality assurance programs, environmental and infection control standards, and hospital policies.

What You Will Do

The main day-to-day responsibilities include preparing work schedules, assigning personnel, evaluating work performance, and making recommendations for personnel actions. You will also tour and inspect project areas, instruct personnel in new equipment and techniques, and maintain inventory of cleaning materials and equipment.
