Assign and oversee daily work assignments, adjust schedules as needed, and provide regular updates on team performance, equipment status, and inventory. Ensure accurate handling, containment, and disposal of general and infectious waste.

Requirements
- 2+ years of Environmental Services or Operations experience, ideally in a healthcare or hospital setting
- Prior lead, supervisory or progressive leadership experience
- Strong understanding of infection control principles, cleaning procedures, and hospital safety standards
- Proven track record empowering and developing team members while fostering a positive, inclusive work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt to diverse audiences
- Proven reliability, sound judgment, and accountability in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer literacy for communication, reporting, and training
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physically demanding tasks such as standing, walking, and bending for extended periods
