Job Description
The Lemuel Shattuck Hospital is seeking an EVS Operations Coordinator to oversee daily operations of the Environmental Services Department. This includes key support functions such as laundry, pest control, hazardous waste management, and groundskeeping.

Requirements

  • Knowledge of work-simplification techniques and standard methods for preparing charts, graphs, tables, and written reports
  • Ability to analyze data, draw conclusions, make recommendations, and determine appropriate formats for presenting information
  • Skilled in gathering information through document review and interviews, and in maintaining accurate, well-organized records
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write clearly, follow instructions, and provide precise guidance to others
  • Demonstrated supervisory ability, including planning and assigning work, evaluating performance, identifying training needs, and motivating staff
