Role OverviewThis critical role provides support for regular, terminal, and isolation cleaning in a hospital setting. The Environmental Services Technician is responsible for ensuring compliance standards are maintained during the cleaning of hospital specialty areas. The role requires good customer service and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members, guests, patients, and their families.
What You Will Do
The main day-to-day responsibilities include performing the full range of restroom cleaning and patient room cleaning, following infection prevention protocols, and consistently using correct personal protective equipment (PPE) and donning and doffing techniques to ensure personal safety and that of others.
