Job Description
Join the Ohio Environmental Protection Agency as an Environmental Specialist 2 in the Division of Materials and Waste Management to support the oversight of solid waste management facilities across Northwest Ohio. The role involves leading engineering and technical reviews, conducting field inspections, and providing technical assistance to local health districts and officials.
Requirements
Lead engineering and technical review for solid waste facilities
Conduct field inspections of regulated facilities
Review permit applications, engineering plans, and technical reports
Provide technical assistance to local health districts and officials
Support and coordinate agency enforcement activities
