Job Description
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency seeks an Environmental Specialist 2 to coordinate the process for development and review of rules and policies in the Division of Materials and Waste Management. The successful candidate will provide technical assistance to staff, health districts, and the public on solid waste, infectious waste, and construction and demolition debris programs.

Requirements

  • 6 months of experience as Environmental Specialist 1
  • 4 years of training or experience in a position involving engineering or chemistry, physics, biology, environmental science, geology, or hydrogeology
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, chemistry, physics, biology, environmental science, earth science, or urban and regional planning
