Job Description
The Ohio Environmental Protection Agency is seeking an Environmental Specialist 3 to join their team at the Northeast District Office in Twinsburg. The successful candidate will serve as a compliance coordinator, ensuring public water systems comply with state and federal drinking water rules. The role involves coordinating with district staff and leaders, conducting audits and inspections, and providing technical assistance to water system operators.

Requirements

  • 7 yrs. relevant programmatic exp.
  • OR combination of education in environmentally focused discipline or other job-related discipline & specific programmatic experience equaling 7 yrs.
  • OR completion of undergraduate core coursework in environmentally-related discipline; AND 3 yrs. relevant programmatic exp.
  • OR 2 yrs. relevant programmatic experience as Environmental Supervisor, 85865.
  • OR equivalent of Minimum Class Qualifications For Employment noted above.
