Role OverviewAs an Environmental Specialist at Packaging Corporation of America, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental principles and regulations. You will develop and implement systems to ensure compliance with facility, corporate, local, state, and federal requirements. You will also lead the environmental review process for capital projects and interface with regulatory agencies as needed.
What You Will Do
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include developing and implementing environmental compliance systems, permitting plans, and leading environmental reviews for capital projects. You will also assist with multimedia environmental projects and interface with regulatory agencies.

This role requires strong organizational and communication skills, as well as the ability to function within a team environment. A bachelor's degree in an engineering or science field and at least 3 years of experience in the environmental field are preferred qualifications.
