Role OverviewArcadis is seeking a Staff Environmental Scientist/Engineer to join our Resilience Environment team in Raleigh/Cary, North Carolina. The role involves improving the quality of life by contributing to projects focused on soil, water, and air quality, as well as monitoring and remediation efforts.
What You Will Do
The successful candidate will be responsible for field preparation, equipment procurement, and analytical laboratory sampling coordination. They will also provide emergency response support, write and prepare technical reports, and assist project managers with preparing subcontracts and overseeing subcontractors.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in an appropriate area of geology/environmental science/engineering
- 4 or more years' relevant experience in environmental consulting
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER training preferred
