Role OverviewSustainment and Restoration Services (SRS) is seeking an Environmental Technician to work in Pueblo, CO. The role involves operating, monitoring, and maintaining groundwater extraction, treatment, and reinjection systems, as well as conducting routine and non-routine system inspections and maintenance. The successful candidate will also perform groundwater sampling and monitoring, collect and manage environmental field data, and prepare required documentation for compliance tracking and reporting.
What You Will Do
The Environmental Technician will operate and maintain off-post treatment systems, support remedial investigation activities, and follow and enforce health and safety protocols. They will also conduct routine and non-routine system inspections, maintenance, and troubleshooting to ensure continuous operation.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in environmental field operations, water treatment, or remediation system O&M, and an associate or bachelor's degree in environmental science, geology, chemistry, or a related technical discipline. They will also have experience with environmental field instrumentation, sampling, and basic mechanical maintenance.
