Job Description
H2M architects + engineers is seeking an Environmental Technician to assist with sampling, testing, and inspections for asbestos surveys, reviewing site plans, and completing inspection reports for insurance companies, private industries, and school districts.

Requirements

  • Conduct field inspections for mold assessments, asbestos surveys, and lead-based paint evaluations
  • Perform asbestos air sampling and project monitoring during abatement activities
  • Collect and document samples, maintain proper chain of custody, and ensure accurate field records
  • Prepare detailed and timely inspection and assessment reports for clients
  • Communicate effectively with clients, contractors, and internal teams
