Job Description
We are seeking an Environmental Transactional and Regulatory Associate with at least four years of experience in environmental law to join our Hartford or New Haven office. The ideal candidate will have experience advising clients on complex environmental and regulatory matters, including environmental transactions and due diligence, regulatory compliance and enforcement, and risk mitigation related to real estate development and business transactions.

Requirements

  • At least four years of experience in environmental law
  • Admission to practice law in Connecticut is required; dual admission in New York and/or Massachusetts is a plus
  • Graduation from law school and practice experience is required
