Job Description
Rippling is hiring an HR Advisor to support its Employer of Record (EOR) service across EMEA. The role involves providing HR advisory support across multiple countries, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and employment practices. The successful candidate will have 5+ years of HR Advisory experience and proven knowledge of employment law and HR practices in at least one country.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR Advisory, consulting, or internal HR experience in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven experience supporting at least one of the following countries: Romania, Poland, or Serbia
  • Proven experience supporting at least one additional country, with exposure to employment law, employee relations, and HR processes
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply HR practices in new countries
  • Solid understanding of core HR fundamentals (employee lifecycle, ER, compliance)
  • Experience managing employee claims in at least one jurisdiction
  • Proficiency with HRIS systems and comfort navigating multiple tools and workflows
  • Ability to interpret pay statements and understand payroll basics
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
