Job Description
As the EPG Sales Administrator, you will accurately and efficiently manage the invoicing, procurement and project files for all Electric Power Projects at Yancey Bros. Co.

Requirements

  • Process credit approval requests
  • Manage project close-out, including reviewing projects monthly at close-out to ensure estimates are correct
  • Place CAT orders
  • Process invoices for all sales
  • Manage shipping of inventory
  • Calculate Commissions
  • Manage stock inventory
  • Manage EPG Backlog
  • Prepare project submittal and O&M
  • Project costing reconciliation
