Role OverviewThe Epic Analyst I assists in implementing, configuring, and supporting Epic applications across various modules. This role collaborates with clinical and operational teams to learn business workflows, troubleshoot basic issues, and support end-user training. This is a hybrid position with a set scheduled 3 days per month onsite in Springfield, IL, with some remote/at home flexibility.
What You Will Do
Assist with configuring, building, and maintaining Epic applications, assist with system testing, issue resolution, and application troubleshooting, optimize workflows to improve efficiency and user experience, and provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

Requirements

- Epic Certification in one or more Epic modules within 1 year of hire
- Minimum one year's experience in Information Technology or two years clinical experience and/or relevant system experience in Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems
