Job Description
The Epic Healthy Planet Application Analyst supports the Epic Healthy Planet module and other related applications by managing configuration, addressing day-to-day operational issues, resolving break/fix tasks, conducting maintenance, and assisting with upgrades. This role focuses on leveraging Epic Healthy Planet tools to support population health management, analytics, and reporting.

Requirements

  • Design, build, configure, and support Epic Healthy Planet workflows
  • Analyze clinical, administrative, financial, and operational workflows supported by Epic Healthy Planet
  • Provide support for Epic Healthy Planet implementations, including system testing, quality assurance, and reporting tasks
  • Develop and support analytics, dashboards, and reports using Epic Healthy Planet tools
  • Collaborate with end users and stakeholders to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements
  • Perform break/fix tasks, ensuring timely resolution of system issues and minimizing disruptions
  • Participate in system maintenance and upgrade projects, including testing and validation of new features
  • Assist with user training and provide documentation for workflows, processes, and system updates
