Job Description
The Ohio Department of Behavioral Health (DBH) is seeking an Epic HIM Principal Trainer to maintain Epic HIM certification and lead training program development, delivery, and continuous improvement. The Principal Trainer will support end users, collaborate with Epic and hospital teams, and ensure effective training environments and system utilization across the organization.

Requirements

  • Epic HIM Principal Trainer certification
  • Training Environment Build certification
  • Continuing education requirements for Epic HIM
  • Training materials development and update for Epic HIM training tracks
  • Technical support to clinicians and end users for Epic HIM applications
  • System support and optimization, including troubleshooting and resolving system issues and application errors
  • Collaboration and communication with stakeholders across departments
  • Training environment design, build, and maintenance
  • Testing of system enhancements and reporting updates
