Job Description
The Ohio Department of Health is seeking an Epidemiology Investigator 3 to promote health equity and optimal outcomes for Ohioans living with HIV. The successful candidate will have expertise in research, project management, program evaluation, statistical analysis, and technical writing. The position will involve conducting epidemiological projects, research, evaluations, and investigations, as well as providing technical information and advice to other ODH program areas, external agencies, and the general public.

Requirements

  • Completion of graduate core program in public health or preventive medicine
  • 3 courses or 9 mos. exp. in use of statistical computer software packages
  • 6 mos. exp. as epidemiology investigator with local or federal health agency
  • Ability to provide own transportation
