Job Description
The Department of Social Services (DSS) is seeking a City Research Scientist III to function as a EPMO Data Analysis. The successful candidate will create and implement data research programs, determine econometric models, and develop statistical and research methodology to monitor and enhance the integrity of landlord payment and client records.

Requirements

  • Master's degree in an appropriate field of specialization
  • Three years of responsible full-time research experience in the appropriate field of specialization
  • Ability to provide leadership and technical guidance to agency personnel
  • Knowledge of data mining, research, statistical, analytic, and programming techniques
  • Ability to identify and secure access to internal and external systems relevant to data integrity
